The Queensland College of English was established in Brisbane in 1988 and is one of the oldest private English language colleges in Australia. Queensland College of English (QCE) Brisbane is a GEOS International College. GEOS was founded in Japan in 1973, with the goal of helping people communicate through English language education. The GEOS International Group is a network of language colleges in Europe, North America, Canada, Asia and Oceania. GEOS Oceania has colleges in Australia and New Zealand, offering students the possibility of combining several destinations for their English study.
