School is located in the famous beach town of Noosa Heads, Queensland. Sunshine Coast English College is a part of GV group after operating for 10 years as a stand-alone school. By joining the GV group, SCEC has gained access to the GV curriculum and teacher training methods, and needs to agree to very stringent quality standards.
School is concerned, we have 12 classrooms, a large common room, a lovely outdoor courtyard, a computer room with 15 modern computers, a library, 2 student kitchens and a DVD home theatre room with a DVD collection for student use. The school is located about 10 minutes to the beach.
Noosa is an outstanding place to study English. Located about 90 minutes north of Brisbane, Noosa is one of Australia's most popular beach resort areas. From a student's point of view, it offers a great lifestyle (some of Australia's best beaches, and almost certainly the best surfing in the whole country), access to a wide variety of casual employment in the hospitality area, inexpensive accommodation and easy transport.
